I am an INFP.
I have been in Digital Product Design world for about 10 years now.
I have always been in love with creating useful and beautiful products and experiences that people use, interact with and love at the same time. So in my professional journey I found out that Digital Product Design world is where I belong and I want to explore it every single day.
Collaboration is my strong suite. I have always had a good relationship with every team I have worked with especially engineering and development. I admire their work so much and I know how hard and serious is their jobs and I believe they do the hard work so we can make user experience easy and fun!.
Businesses have always been happy with my work cause I don't take user's side only!
As a Product Designer, I always try to look at things Outside-in instead of Inside-out.

PRODUCT DESIGN MANAGER

SuperPay is a Turkish Holding investing in new startups in different fields such as Payment, Health, Cryptocurrency and Telecommunication services. Currently, I am working on 3 projects as Product Design Manager. HiDoctor(Health), APtel(Telecommunication) and Cryptom(Cryptocurrency).
Main Responsibilities
- Build or improve the design team for every business line by hiring new designers or assign the right project to current designers base on their experience and capabilities.
- Deliver fast and good enough design improvements and design new services to support business strategy to reach a good user base in order to create value for investors
- Employe online tools and user research data to solve and find problems in collaboration with product team and marketing agancy.
Main Achievements
- Going from 26 transactions a day to 65 by design improvements within 2 months.
- Design and deliver for 3 new services to reach up to 200 transaction a day
HAFHASHTA
PRODUCT DESIGN MANAGER
JAN 2020 - FEB 2021
Hafhashtad was known for its USSD payment service code *780# with more than 20 million active users. Hafhashtad mobile app had around 1 million users at that time and the company decided they want to turn into a SupperApp like AP and SNAP supperapps providing more than 30 different online services in about 6 major business categories.
Main Responsibilities
- Redesign old and mature services by gathering data and interview with the product owners and considering the user behaviors formed by the main competitor
- Deciding on the level on change in the redesign based on the data and feedbacks
Main Achievements
- Getting the confirmation for the new design from the board of directors by building a complete prototype considering that they had been trying to do the redesign for several years with different teams
HAMRAH AVVAL
MYMCI APP REDESIGN PROJECT
JAN 2019 - FEB 2020
Hamrah Avval(MCI) is the number one mobile operator in Iran with more than 60 million subscribers. In this project I managed app redesign of MyMCI the official app for MCI operator.
Main Responsibilities
- Gathering Data and interview with the product owners
- Deciding on the level on change in the redesign based on the data and feedbacks
- Delivering the design in a very tight deadline compare to the volume of the project in collaboration with product owners and developers
Main Achievements
- Getting the confirmation for the new design from the board of directors by building a complete prototype considering that they had been trying to do the redesign for several years with different teams

AsanPardakht(AP) is a Payment Service Provider(PSP) and the leader of mobile payment in Iran and the 23rd PSP company in the world. AP mobile application with more than 40 million users is the biggest supper-app in Iran. For the last 3 and a half years I have been the head of the product design team in close collaboration with Product owners, Marketing and of course the development team
AP didn't have a product design department before I joined.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead UI and UX designers through parallel and fast moving projects
- Collaborate with product owners and developers
- Create and prioritizing product backlog in collaboration with product owners and marketing

Ertebat Gostaran Hezareh is the leader of online tender information market in Iran. Contractor companies subscribe to get all tenders in their field of activity from all over the country every day. At Hezareh I designed their mobile app which was the first app in online tender market.

Simban Electronics was a startup I co-founded. In 2008 the cost of electricity started to go high and energy saving in this area became in high demand. At that time LED lights had started to be used in lighting industry. We Targeted the businesses with high lighting needs such as gold store, boutiques, public places like street lighting and holy shrines and etc, and started to design appropriate lights for their specific needs to reduce their lighting electric consumption up to 60 percent.
